Abstract
Preliminary estimates were made of critical phosphorus levels for pigeonpea (Cajanus cajan) grown during the wet season, in Sierra Leone, West Africa. The levels associated with 95% of maximum yield were 0.008 ug P/ml and 0.22% P in the equilibrium extract and leaf lamina respectively.
